Wonders Waffles Premix ( Baking Instruction )

Simple ,the easy making Waffles Premix.

We have create different favors for all waffles lover .

Ours favor: 

1) Original  - eggy and slight vanilla taste 

2) Pandan - eggy and pandan taste

3) Premium Chocolate - chocolate and eggy taste

4) Oreo - eggy and Oreo taste 

5) Matcha - Matcha ,eggy mild bitter ( We use pure matcha powder )

All ingredient use is fresh and premium .

Ingredient needed : 

Eggs , water , cooking oil or melt butter 

for every 100g premix , u need :

water : 120ml 

eggs : 1 whole egg

Cooking oil or melt butter : 10g -20g 

Below is the simple step using 100g pandan premix :

Mix Ingredient : to every 100g  premix  : Water 120ml : 1 whole eggs : 10g cooking oil or melt butter

Mix well ingredient , lump of flour mix is ok . allow to let rest for 10 min before use .

Heat up waffles machine before use ,( u can use any type of waffles machine )

After machine heated up ,pour waffles batter over ,flip and let it bake .

Simple way to check if it cook , no more vapor or steam coming out from machine .

please note *** for soft and fluffy waffles , don't over bake ( similar to the picture above )

For Crunchy and Crispy , remain in machine till both side turn brown .

Ready to be eaten  , best top up with all your favorite topping ,like ice cream , whip cream/fresh cream

Kaya , peanut butter , chocolate syrup , strawberry syrup and whatever you can think of ....

Some Feedback from buyer ( Q & A ) -

waffles not sweet  ( this was because normally  there's will be spread of topping , extra sweetness will be from the toping ,it will naturalize the whole meal ) 

for sweet sweet lover may add extra sugar to the premix before mixing 

Can premix batter keep in fridge if can't finish , yes u can a couple of days is fine but not too long as the

best is to eat fresh.

Why premix best before date is 1 year , some may find 1 year is too short ,but sorry we unable to produce longer than that as it's preservative free. 

Storage , u can keep it in normal temperature if not open ,if open may keep in fridge or chill temperature
